Tania Nash is a Food Educator and broadcaster who specialises in encouraging children to understand about food and cooking. In the past two decades she has inspired agricultural, trade and food show visitors to cook and has given master classes on technique cookery and sensory evaluation. She has been a Judge for the Royal Agricultural Show Branded Beef competition. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Graduate Diploma in Education.
Her alter ego Ms Honey, presenter of Kids in the Kitchen program teaches four year to twelve year old the origins of food, how it is produced, processed and prepared into easy meals. A mother of two girls, she is a passionate advocate of starting them young to understand the journey of produce to plate, to enable the young to make informed and healthier eating choices.
Ms Honey is a wise cracking , rapping, 1950’s housewife and is a character Tania dreamed up, using her years in the theatre to bring a fun edge to her cooking classes.
