Tania has taught Master Classes for the Royal Agricultural Society Fine Food Shows at the Sydney Royal Easter Show, teaching sensory evaluation of chocolate, olive oil, cheese, red meat and aquaculture. She has been a presenter educator for the past 22 years, teaching meat cookery for the Red Meat Industry to audiences Australia wide. She has also presented for the dairy, rice and egg industries as well as olive oil and rice bran oil.
